Separate client agreement. These Terms of Use apply only to the website. They are separate from any Client Booking Terms and Conditions, payment authorization, travel insurance acknowledgment, or other agreement that a client may later receive and sign. Using this website or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or require Vacations by Elena to accept a trip.

Eligibility and service area

This website is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement. Services are currently available only to eligible U.S. residents, excluding residents of California, Washington, and Hawaii unless Vacations by Elena later confirms that it can serve them. Travel services may also be subject to supplier rules, destination requirements, availability, and other restrictions.

The website provides general information, travel inspiration, and a way to inquire about services. Website content is not a binding offer, booking confirmation, guarantee, or professional legal, financial, medical, immigration, or insurance advice. Travel suppliers and third-party links

Vacations by Elena may help clients arrange services provided by independent third parties, including cruise lines, tour operators, hotels, airlines, ground transportation providers, insurers, and destination service providers. Those suppliers control and are responsible for their own services, terms, privacy practices, schedules, changes, cancellations, refunds, and performance.

Compensation and fees

Vacations by Elena may also charge professional planning, research, change, cancellation, or other service fees. Any applicable client fee will be disclosed before the related service is performed or a commitment is made. Supplier charges, penalties, and price changes are separate and may also apply.

Submitting a form or sending a message does not guarantee acceptance of an inquiry, availability, a response within a particular time, or successful delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, monitoring your email, reviewing messages and documents promptly, and following up on time-sensitive travel matters.

If you request or receive electronic communications, you consent to conducting website-related communications electronically. Client signatures and formal approvals will be handled through the designated process when required.
